The FAQ page enables you to list frequently asked questions and their answers...
Your site will need to have a unique website or 'domain' name. Ideally you should pick a memorable and appropriate name that will make it easier for people to find you on the web - and of course it must be available. You can use this page to help find an unused name. It is easier for us to register the name for you and we include the fee for doing so in the package price. The name will need to be re-registered every two years - again we include the fee for that in teh annual maintenance charge.
When we walk or stand, our body weight is carried first on the heel and then on the ball of the foot, where the skin is thicker, to withstand the pressure. When this pressure becomes intense, growths, in the form of corns and callus, may appear. Corns always occur over a bony prominence, such as a joint.
Will patients be able to find my website via search engines such as Google?
When your site is created we will register it with all the popular search engines. However, to take Google as an example, there are more than 8 billion pages in the Google index so allthough your pages will be in there they may not neccessarily be at the top of the list - particulary on a search for "podiatry". However, a more detailed local search such as "podiatry townname" will be likely to find your site in the first page. Due to the way search engines work there are no guarantees of good placement but we will work with you to achieve the best results we can.
